Hello Friends ,

If you have to send a proposal to a client for deadline project and for that you habe done all the work , package all the documents you have prepared and send it via e-mail well before the set deadline But your recipients e-mail server limits the size of e-mail attachments so your attachments is removed by the server. And as a result you miss the deadline and all your hard word is meaningless.

If you will face this situation than Acrobat.com provides a Plugin for Microsoft Outlook 2007 to send mail with adding an attachment files upto 5GB size.  Download the Acrobat.com Plugin from here.

E-mail has become one of the major way to communicate with friends and customers . E-mails often involve sending out large email attachments. Its a risk to guess that e-mail recipients actually received the files you sent them. Different restrictions on the size of attachments and spam filter policies means that not all attachments get through.

The Acrobat.com Outlook Plugin provides:

1 . Sending links to files in your Acrobat.com account from Outlook:

After installing the plugin, when you click on new to send new mail , you will find a new tab called Acrobat.com.

For file attachment click the “Insert File as Acrobat.com Link” button. This will ask you to sign into your Acrobat.com account ( If you are not logged in to Acrobat.com account ) and allow you to browse a file from your local system to attach with the e-mail.

Also you can restrict document access to the e-mail recipients (restricted access) or to allow the file to be accessed by other, in case your e-mail gets forwarded (open access).

2 . Reducing storage needs and exchange server traffic :

You can set up an option in Outlook to send links rather than sending attachments when sending files of larger size . Once you set this option , you don’t have to think before sending an attachment whether to send it as a link or an attach it to the e-mail.

3 .  Already uploaded files in your Acrobat.com account , just insert it:

If you have already uploaded the files in your acrobat.com account than , you can directly insert files . When you click the “Insert Link from Acrobat.com” , at right side it will displays the files that are already in your Acrobat.com account and  you can insert them into e-mail by double clicking on the file name. You can also search for file by typing in the search box or by Sorting files using the drop down menu.

4 .  Automatically add everyone from a mailing list to shared files:

And best of all, if you want to share files with an Exchange mailing list , the plugin will upload the attachments to your Acrobat.com account and it will automatically add everyone from the mailing list to the sharing list for the attachement .

5 .  Easily invite people to your personal meeting room URL:

When scheduling a meeting or in an e-mail message, you can insert your personal ConnectNow meeting URL by a single click of a button.
