When we browsing online , many times it happens that accidentally/bymistake we close a Firefox/IE/Crome tab and did not remember the URL of website in order to open it again. It can be frustrating to search for that website in Search engine as it is very difficult to find it again and it will be time consuming as well. Here is the solution for this kind of situation.

For Mozilla Firefox :

1. To Reopen the Last Closed Firefox Tab,

Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+T

You can open last 10 closed tab by clicking Ctrl+Shift+T again and again.
Note: Do not confuse with Ctrl+T which is for opening new tab.

List of Recently Closed Tabs: History > Recently Closed Tabs in Firefox menu.

Here at last you can see Open All in Tabs which open all listed tabs.

2. To Reopen the Last Closed Firefox Window,

Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+N
Note: Do not confuse with Ctrl+N which is for opening new window.

List of Recently Closed Windows: History > Recently Closed Windows in Firefox menu.

Here at last you can see Restore All Windows which open all listed windows.

Ctrl+H – Shows History of closed tabs/windows in the sidebar.
Ctrl+SHift+H – Shows History details in a new window.

To Change or Check your History settings, click on Tools > Options > Privacy. Select your options here.

For Google Crome :

1. To Reopen the Last Closed Tab/ Last Closed Windows in Google Chrome,

Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+T
You can open last closed tab/last closed window by clicking Ctrl+Shift+T again and again.
Note: Do not confuse with Ctrl+T which is for opening new tab.

For Internet Explorer :

1. For IE7 , To Reopen the Last Closed Tab/ Last Closed Windows in Internet Explorer 7,

You need to download IE7 Open Last Closed Tab installation first. Here is the link.
Download IE7 Open Last Closed Tab
Once download is complete , install it and than try below.

Keyboard shortcut: Alt+x
List of all Closed tab: Alt+q

Ctrl+H - Shows History of closed tabs/windows.

2. For IE8 , To Reopen the Last Closed Tab/ Last Closed Windows in Internet Explorer 8,

For Current Browsing Session , Open new tab, you can see Reopen closed tabs at bottom of page, click the web address for the webpage that you want to open.

If you have closed all windows of IE8 so it will destory all browsing session. Still if you want to get last closed tabs history , than Go to Tools > Reopen Last Browsing Session. All the webpages that you had open when Internet Explorer was last closed will open in new tabs.
