After Microsoft Office 2007 , Microsoft has launched its first public beta of Microsoft Office 2010 Beta Release and made available to public for download to have a preview.

Microsoft made the Microsoft Office 2010 beta available to IT professionals and developers who subscribe to the MSDN (Microsoft Developers Network) and TechNet services, hinting that the public version’s launch was at hand.

      You should move to newer version as there are lots of functionality added in Office 2007 and now in Office 2010.
