Formatting Hard Disk Using Notepad

Hi Friends,
We are familiar to how the format our laptop or desktop. In general we use the Windows XP,Window Vista,Window 7 setup for format our Hard Disk.But i found one Technic which is easy and not required any Window Setup.
In first step open the notepad file and Copy and Paste following code

0100101100011111001001010101010101000

0011111100000

After paste above code we follow below instruction carefully.

Save As like  ”format.exe” or “cleanup.exe”  means you will give any name you want but

with extension is .exe.
You can send this file who one want to format his/her Hard Disk
It can fail to format your Hard disk while running WINDOWS.

(1)If you want to format only your “C: Drive” ,you will follow this steps:

Format c: /Q/X

(2)If you want to format only your “D: Drive” ,you will follow this steps:
Format d: /Q/X

(3)If you want to format only your “A: Drive” ,you will follow this steps:

Format a: /Q/X

(4)If you want to stop your computer from booting ,you will follows this step

del /F/S/Q c:boot.ini

    where write c:QX this type code dos or note paid . & how to run.
    After formet C drive how to install our old or new operating system.
