Orkut has added multiple features in beta version

As we know Orkut is one of the popular social media website to connect with friends and family.Now orkut introduce new version and added so many new features. Currently its under Beta version. Below are some featires i found which describe how Orkut Beta version  is different from the old version of orkut.

Some of the features of Orkut Beta version are…

Orkut Beta version provides new color themes

Orkut introduce Hungama changes with multiple color themes by which user can select their favourite colors for their account.

Photo of person who visits your profile instead of just name

In Orkut beta version, it shows the photos of visitors instead of just their names. So you will have a breif  idea about visitor by looking at the photo of visitor and no need to visit their profile to check  person’s identity.

Easy to post comments on friends update

When we see our friends upadates on home page and if we want to give comment on their updates than in beta version we can directly post comment without opening their update page.e.g If we would like to give comment for one of friend’s photo than we have to go to his/her album , write comment , and post it. Instead of this, in beta version they provide comment box just below the update and you can write your comment there only. How easy to post a comment!!

Friend list : See all friends at a time

Unlike to old version of orkut,there is no need to click on see all link for finding your friends. In beta version , they provide a box with scroll bar using which you can see all friend at a time.

Easy scraping – HTML, video ,text formating editor given

For sending scrap , you can easily add video, change font color, font style, add html code,links and many more using editor given. No need to use [red] , [b] etc like in old orkut scraping.
